Mereka berencana untuk merencanakan aksi jahat untuk mengambil alih dunia. Ketika para kura-kura jagoan sedang mempersiapkan diri untuk menangkap Shredder dan kawanannya, mereka justru menemui kota New York sedang diserang oleh makhluk dari Dimension X bernama Krang.
